Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid platform billing and paid visibility features when billing is enabled.

General Policy

  • Paid services are non-refundable once the service is successfully applied.
  • Refunds are considered only for failed charges or proven billing errors.

Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate payment caused by system issues.
  • Charge completed but the paid feature was not applied to your account.

Not Eligible

  • Service already delivered successfully.
  • Account restrictions resulting from policy violations.

Request Process

  • Submit billing issues within 14 days of transaction date.
